For a veteran who is single and doesn’t have any children, the payment can be as little as $171 at a 10% rate. For someone with a wife, one kid, and two parents who depend on them, the payment can be as much as $4,433.
An additional amount is assigned to the compensation if the beneficiary has more than one dependent child or if their spouse also receives aid and assistance.
If your health gets worse since you asked for help, you might lose your job and get less cash aid.

Because of your condition, you can make a special claim if you need special care. This can help you get a modified car if your condition makes it impossible for you to drive, a temporary increase in your payment in certain situations, or an increase in your compensation if your condition makes it impossible for you to work.
