Jade Carey’s Mother gave Updates on her health
As per the reports, Jade Carey has been not feeling well since the beginning of the first event at the Paris Olympics 2024.
However, Danielle Mitchell-Greenberg told the news agency TODAY, “She’s doing much better today. Trying to hydrate, get some food in, ready to go.”
Even though she was sick a little, she completed her qualification round for the women’s gymnastics on July 28 perfectly. But after the painful fall on the floor exercise, she told the Olympic authorities that she was sick and was not able to eat properly although she didn’t disclose the disease she is affected with.

Jade Carey told the Olympic.com, “I just have not been feeling well the past few days and haven’t been able to eat or anything, I had, like, no energy today and didn’t really have a sense of what was going on in my head. So, I just kind of wanted people to know that so, they know that there’s actually something wrong.”
Jade Carey also wrote in a tweet on her X handle responding to Scott Bregman, “i haven’t been feeling the best the past few days but i gave it everything i had today. thank you for all the support i have received. i’m so grateful.”

During her floor exercise, she fell` left on the ground outside of her routine.
Jade Carey scored 10.633 points on the floor exercise and Simone Biles who is in the same team scored 14.433 points
Jade Carey’s team partner, Simone Biles also felt pain in the first round and had to take a short break to tap her left ankle before the floor exercise. However, both of them performed exceptionally in the events well despite their illness.
