After the appropriate fee is paid and the terms and conditions specified in the approval letter are met, KMRL will assign the required coach(es) to the applicant.
For the event, KMRI will authorise up to 100 (hundred) attendees each coach, including adults and children, and one (01) centre table.
There will be one housekeeping employee and dedicated trash cans set up. offered by KMRL.
Moreover, supervisory staff must be employed in accordance with KMRL’s judgement. Depending on the tariff selected and KMRL’s consent, the celebration may be organised in a moving or stopped train.
