You can get dairy products, meat, poultry, seafood, fish, and non-alcoholic drinks. You can also get fruits and veggies, snacks, soft drinks, cereal, and bread.

If you are already on SNAP, you can use your EBT cards to pay for things in shops.
When you get this card, it will come with a secret four-digit PIN that you need to enter to make payments.

Food Stamps: What products cannot be purchased with SNAP?
SNAP membership costs $45 per year, which is obviously expensive for families who may be struggling financially. However, SNAP-eligible purchases may end up saving you money over the long term.
SNAP benefits cannot be used to purchase items that can be considered as prepared food. You also cannot use them to purchase medicine, vitamins, or any other non-food items.
Sam’s Club online stores, as well as in-store pickups, curbside pickups, and grocery delivery, do not accept SNAP benefits.
