On the official Naruto website, a preview of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter #12 has been released.
Boruto is blocking Hidari’s attack with his sword and using Wind Style: Breakthrough to push him back as he battles the twisted shell of his master.
Boruto never used this Jutsu, so he maybe learned it from Orochimaru. Orochimaru originally used this Jutsu, which again suggests Boruto and the Legendary Sannin are working together.
Orochimaru could be very helpful to Boruto.
There were many hints in the show that the legendary Snake Shinobi would be back.
Orochimaru was the first person to use Breakthrough in Naruto chapter 8, and Mitsuki later took it over.
It looks like the Gale Palm jutsu that Boruto uses a lot, but the hand sign is different, and Gale Palm just pushes someone back. Breakthrough is a strong attacking jutsu.
Also, blowing out your mouth was the first way to use Breakthrough. Later, it was shown that you can use your hands to release wind, like Orochimaru did in the Boruto anime fight against Kara’s Victor.
People began to think that Boruto was working with Orochimaru when they saw him and Kashin Koji in chapter 9, where they were in a cave with snakes on the walls.

In Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage, these were the same decorations that were in Orochimaru’s cave when Naruto, Sasuke, Sarada, and Chocho went there.
Boruto also met Kashin Koji, who taught him how to use Minato and Tobirama’s Flying Raijin Jutsu while he was away.
While it is still unclear how Boruto managed to persuade Orochimaru to help, given how Amado and Shikamaru have already broken free from the Omnipotence power through sheer wit, it is not unlikely that Orochimaru will do the same.
That would make Boruto: Two Blue Vortex even more exciting if this partnership turns out to be real. One of the best characters in the series would be back.
