13-Year-Old Arrested for Stabbing a Child: A 10-year-old girl was stabbed to death in Westmoreland County, and a 13-year-old boy has been arrested.
The accident took place in Stahlstown on Donegal Lake Road. Not much more information has been shared, including the child’s name.

The 10-year-old was staying at the house where the incident happened, but they say he or she did not live there.
Sky 4 was over the scene. It is the only news chopper in Pittsburgh. A lot of cops were seen on video.
